Finally..the scale has moved again. That puts my BMI at 33.9. (I started at 42.4). Back on my way toward One-derland.

I've been eating like I should and was gonna start working out again, but I had popped my shoulder out of socket moving furniture and was too sore this weekend. But, my darling hubby popped the shoulder back in for me, and my house is back to rights for the most part, so I'm not gonna complain.

My goal for today is simple..I'm gonna try and make sure my water intake is enough.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ow on the shoulder!! I hope it gets less sore now that its back where it belongs. I had my collar bone do that to me a few times, and man did it hurt till I got it back in place!! Good to see the scale is cooperating and moving in the right direction. Take it easy today and get that water in!! I really need to get better with that!! I still don't drink enough water!

Lu, it is a struggle for me to drink enough water, every day...which is why I am making that something to pay attention to :) I'm terrible about that. (That shoulder is from an old injury, courtesy of my 1st husband, who I divorced 20 years ago......it dislocates occasionally. VERY painful when it happens!) I am frustrated being this close to one-derland for so long and still not being there yet..but I'm a little closer now, so I need to focus on that to keep me motivated!

Thanks! I keep reminding myself (or try to lol) that this weight didnt happen overnight and that this is a marathon, not a sprint. It's easy to get discouraged when I DONT keep that foremost in my mind.
