You got it. Not all that mysterious, but just don't want to put it out there without some proof that it's been the fly in the ointment of my weight (non)loss.

I looked at your graph and numbers and you look like you have been losing reasonably steadily still. I am so curious as to what you changed now LOL

Well from experience, the fly is approved but the ointment will stall you big time. haha

Squiggs, I haven't been stopped dead in my tracks, but I slowed noticeably in mid-October and have been fighting thru the 180's ever since. It didn't help that my scale died in early January and the new one immediately added 2 pounds +/-. I do realize that I have still been losing, but I've felt that each and every pound shouldn't be as painstaking as they've been. The consistency was gone.

Please let me know if it(whatever it is)works for you, because I am in the same situation as you. I've been floating between 158 and 163 now for quite a while. I've not posted it because people would get sick with the rollacoaster ride on my chart.lol If you find the breakthrough, would you please pass the information my way so I can give it a try. I would really appreciate it. Best of luck and let me know. Hope you had a great day.:)

Oh, SAndy, I sure hope that you have found your Achilles heel! And if so, I hope it is something that I can implement also. It is so frustrating to work so hard and to be static on the scale! Good luck and have a great week!
