There, back to "start" -0.2. At least I lost something in Feb, not much. Maybe 2 lbs. So goal for 4/1 is now 178 since I didn't hit it for March 1. Dad will be here 4/17 and I'd really like to surprise him. And I REALLY want to fit in the next size jeans lol.

Chicken stirfry today. Have to remember to add a little ginger and see how that is with it. Nervous about adding it and then not liking it but we'll see.

Regular work today getting ready for Wed's presentation. More contract work this week but I'm more than half done and it's due in a week so I should be good. Niece's bridal shower Saturday and get to ride over with daughter, see Momma and everyone. Going to be a good day. Go get it buddies! But first, coffee...
184.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
