Saturday and a move in the right direction! Made broccoli salad yesterday and had that for 2 meals plus a chocolate protein shake for a sweet before bed. Seems to be doing ok.

Overcast today but need to do groceries. Not many options in the fridge past the next couple days so will "update" the fridge options. The steak last time was good but it does not move through quickly so I'll stick with chicken lol. I have bacon though. I think I'll make some today. :) Monday I go to the docs for a check up so curious to see what he says about the weight loss and the labs. Probably a reduction in strength on the thyroid meds (Wayyy off the chart on levels) as well.

Great job! Keep up the great work. If you are up for exercise to help your energy and strength, try essentrics (Miranda esmunde-white). I actually look forward to the 23 minutes of the routines. It has really helped me stayed motivated. My bio says I have 3 lbs left-it’s actually 12 lbs so I need to stay the course!
