I really wish the scale had moved more this week... Oh well, I have a brand new week to try to push myself under 200.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing GREAT! Look at your weight loss history graph! It's got a beautiful downward angle to it that reflects how well you're doing. As long as you are going in the right direction, you're succeeding. Getting under 200 will happen soon and you will be thrilled, just keep doing what you're doing and it will happen. Try not to stress along the way.

Thank you. I just feel kind of defeated today I guess. It is so overwhelming when you stop and realize how much more you have left to lose.

I agree with kkd, don't stress over it!! You have been doing a wonderful job! I finally got past the 249.4 this morning, lol and I'm on my way through those '40's!! Keep up the good work and you will be in onederland in no time!!!

WTG, 2MC!!! Almost 45lbs just since August! That's AMAZING!!! I think we all know what you mean when it starts to feel overwhelming. But, don't think of where you have to go, think of all the ground you've already covered. Weight that took years to put on has come off in just a few months! You are doing FANTASTIC! And you may not realize it, but you have already lost over 6 GALLONS of fat! Think about how incredible that accomplishment is. Visualize it in your head. It really helps to see how far you've come. And hey, thanks for the buddy request!

Thank you all for the supportive comments. Six gallons of fat sounds...well gross. haha. I'm not giving up. I know I have a long way to go but that time is going to pass by whether I am do good or not. So, I may as well do good and keep chugging along.
