Down another lb. So far, a good week for weight loss.
143.3 lb Lost so far: 23.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

good job, arn't your tired of induction? I think you should move to OWL so you can climb those rungs before premaintenance, which is where you should be when you lose another 8 -10 lbs!! You dont have to keep adding carbs each week, I am doing it like Brandon, try out the rungs (I am staying at 25 net carbs) he went up to 35 but went though each rung on the ladder. He just rotates what he has instead of increasing net carbs but so much variety :)

Well, I'm already drinking wine a couple of times a week, and I'm preparing my green beans with slivered almonds (1-2x per week), so I'm not strictly Induction anymore. But my net carbs have still been below 20g. When I hit 140, I will start increasing carbs, but I'm a bit leary right now, given my experience in December. I don't want to start gaining!

I know what you mean, I am just testing, not adding a lot of carbs, I know my tolerance is low. On another note, I just made the pizza and I am not sure how to keep myself from eating the whole thing!!! And to think I had the recipe printed 2 months ago!
