Was hoping for more but I'll take it. Down 11.9 lbs in 12 days. It's been since Jan 2017 since I was at this weight...4 years. Down 25.4 since I started really trying Oct 1. The aim now is to get to my happy weight 145 by mid-July which should be doable.

It's going to stay chilly today so I may go to the walking trail today or tomorrow depending on sunshine and motivation.

189.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
