Gained a fair bit of muscle mass.. some fat with it.. but i'll try and lean that out soon.. tracking ok-ish towards 80..
gotta stop eating crap though
164.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
