Since I last weighed in about 3 months ago, I've ridden over 2000km's on my bike, moved weight down to 68kg, and come back up to 72.. so i haven't gone anywhere in weight.. but i am quite sure I've built more muscle, increased my stamina, and increased my heart and lunch capacity.
I'm trying to hit 80kg by a diet of bulkup a week, slim down the next week (so small "bulking-shedding" phases). whereby one week i'll eat approx 4000 calories of good good food, and the enxt week, reduce it to ~1300cals i'd keep activity levels pretty much the same each week.. so ~4 days a week of riding 60kms a day, plus two days of heavy weight training, plus a day of martial arts training, means i'll expend about 3000 to 4000 calories a day with an ever changing deficit
