gaining weight is not going well.. I'm back down to 71kg.. possibly cuz of all the uni work and lack of eating I've been doing..
More running and weights on the plans.. as well as alot more protein
I've noticed I'm a leaner 71kg than before.. not sure why.. possibly due to the far lower amount of sugar and crappy carbs I eat. Much less take away.. mostly protein shakes, meats, eggs and salads (not all at once hah yuck)
