I don't think this is accurate but putting it down anyway. I got a LO on my scale this morning which I think means I need a new battery. The broth had a bunch of salt yesterday though so it's possible. It's been cold here this week (for FL) and this morning is only 38. Brr. Bone broth yesterday was warm and worked with my crazy day. Had that and 1oz almonds and some cream cheese for the day. Need to go grocery shopping but today and tomorrow are going to be slammed so making do with what I've got until the weekend probably.
3 presentations and 2 meetings today and pretty much the same tomorrow. Sunday I go to Tampa for work for most of the week, back Thursday. Need to plan lunches there, it got me last time. I'll have a fridge in the room so that will help. Prep will be key.

Stay on track, you can do it -be good!!! I find it hard when traveling to be good so you have to be extra careful. With the Refridge in your room that will probably help. Just keep in mind your daughter’s wedding.🌺❤️
