GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!

As I mentioned to AmryK in a pm I am trying to find a way to focus on both my business and my health at the same time. It is hard as I get busy with my 32hr/wk job and my business and everything else. BUT I need to find that balance.

Old Man Scale: The numbers are creeping back down. I also looked at my medicine and realized TOM will be here any day now, so that is part of it but the jump was just too high. So now I am muscling it back down slowly but surely.


February Goals:
Ceiling: 225, Floor goal: 230 (doubt this cna happen unless it is ALL water weight) Will shift my goals at the beginning of the month.

Next Mini: back to 235


Goal by my birthday, March 15th: weigh in @ 220. (probably going to have to change this one.

Calories: 1500 - 1800
1800 - 2000 more calories used than eaten
Veggie/fruit/legume goal: 3-4 cups a day
Mon: 4+ Tues: 3ish Wed: 3-4 Thurs: Fri: Sat: Sun:
Exercise goal: /200
Mon:
Tues:
Wed:
Thurs: 60 mins yoga
Fri:
Sat: 60 mins power yoga + 40 minutes walk)
Sun: 45 min walk

2009 Goals - Floor: Down 65 to 177 (College Freshman weight), Mid-range: 75lbs lost to 167 (HS Weight) & Ceiling Goal: Weigh in at 150 (92 lost) Don't remember when!
242.0 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It takes a little time to get adjusted to new schedules/work/etc. Things will start working out and you'll get it all worked out.

I'm glad you're focusing on balance. Can you make ahead some healthy dishes so you have quick options to grab if you're too busy? I know you'll figure it out! It's no good building a successful business if you are too unhealthy to enjoy the benefits of it! ((((hugs))))
