By some miracle I was able to stay the same. I have really made an effort to drink water. Maybe my body likes it!! :)
152.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water is definitely the best thing to drink!! I know that I don't drink enough of it. I read somewhere, that it is a good idea to drink 1 liter of water first thing in the morning to alleviate depression. I don't know it that's actually medically correct, but it sounds right to me.
