Stayed the same this week. Ok with that. Had some food challenges this week. Tried to overcome them. Walked Finly more. He likes it too. Sodium is a problem for me. Noticing more how I feel when it is up.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
