Yes. Still. However, I did recreate a chocolate chip cookie with 1 net carb that tasted good yesterday with almond flour (erithrytol and lilli's chips). 24 carbs for the batch, makes 24 cookies. Yes. Ate 4. Otherwise was on-point for food yesterday. Do not know why the body is hanging onto the same weight, maybe fluid retention. Will up the fluids and keep an eye on the fat. Starting the day with a headache, will have some coffee and knock it out, hopefully.

202.9 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 57.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you have a great day. All I know is that weighloss is not linear. We go up and down a bit but as long as the long term trend is down it is all good.

I had a Costco muffin and am trying to get rid of that extra weight. Hopefully I'll work it off today at gym.
