Yes. Still. However, I did recreate a chocolate chip cookie with 1 net carb that tasted good yesterday with almond flour (erithrytol and lilli's chips). 24 carbs for the batch, makes 24 cookies. Yes. Ate 4. Otherwise was on-point for food yesterday. Do not know why the body is hanging onto the same weight, maybe fluid retention. Will up the fluids and keep an eye on the fat. Starting the day with a headache, will have some coffee and knock it out, hopefully.
