Apparently my body is taking a break from losing so I'm waiting and staying the course. Last night went out with friends to music bingo. Instead of numbers being called, they played pieces of music and you had to find the title on the card. Shazam IS allowed (and was definitely used) but it was fun. Had a water since I didn't want to mess up the weight loss but had a great time seeing friends I haven't seen in ages and catching up. With COVID, they're being very careful so I've only seen them once since March besides last night where we're used to being together at least every couple weeks to hang out. Nice to be out and about but I'm finding that creating conversation is harder than it used to be. I'm out of practice!!
