Christmas season has not been good for me too many chocolates and not enough exercise and I will get back on track I am 16 pounds more than I want to be but I will lose it soon enough.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
