Staying close to a 1680 calorie per day target (and trying to maximize protein, but not insisting on hitting a certain number). Surprised to hit 230.8 upon waking.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 96.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
