Back home last night, back to more normal now hopefully. Up a bit, probably due to combination of travel and not drinking enough the past few days. Have my crystal light now and will focus on getting more in.

Mom went home from the hospital yesterday but it tuckered her out so waiting til today to call and chat. Hoping to go see her this weekend but also have the granddaughter so wobbly bits there in the plans.

But my own coffee mug and creamer this morning and a day without meetings to try to get a handle on my new role and responsibilities. It's going to be a good day buddies.
207.7 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 62.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
