Last day in training/traveling, going home this afternoon. Was able to get the food to stay on-task as planned except for peanuts yesterday. I was craving salt and carbs so that took care of it and within the plan. I have however had more soda than normal so that will stop when I get home. I miss my crystal light...
Meeting the rest of my staff today and then doing some how-tos for myself (and eventually someone else will need it - payroll, processes, etc.). Hoping to leave for home at 2 and be home by dinner.
Really curious to see what tomorrow's scale will show. Hoping for a nice drop. Goal is to see under 205 by 10/31. Stretch goal for November is 195/under by 11/30.
