Am going to take some time a really review my diet and see how to lose this last 40 pounds. Of course one way would be to cut my foot intake and I think that is the only thing I can think of, of course maybe I am eating to many carbohydrates.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
