Feel ok and I have to make sure I take good care of myself at all times plus get more rest. Going to a tennis exhibition kind of wore me out for work so need to get more sleep on a daily basis. Amen.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
