Not sure why I didn't lose this week. Have been pretty well on point. Except for 2-3 glasses of wine here and there. Will keep plugging away. Bumper crop of tomatoes I'm trying to figure out what to do with....
180.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is that 2 or 3 glasses of wine for the whole week or on more than one day? I do not lose well when I drink alcohol. If you don't have much to lose, it may inhibit weight loss even more. Cut it out for a week and track all your food honestly and accurately. All those bites, licks and tastes add up. Drink plenty of water. You might also think about just picking one day and planning for the wine with your calories. When you don't have a lot to lose, you may need to be more strict to get the weight off. Being active also helps a lot. If you know your going to indulge, get some extra exercise in. Good luck!
