Lately my mood has been down (not sure why) and this has made me indulge in my comfort food (cheese and crackers) so my compliance has sucked. I'm paying for it with insomnia and nasal congestion. Need to get out of this funk so I can get back on track!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
