GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!

Well, I ate too much at my potluck last night. Was an Italian theme so way too many carbs. I indulged a little, but was not horrible but after my fast I guess I feel bloated and gross this morning. No food is worth this, yuck! But it was a good distraction and a good meeting.

I ordered my Red Jacket this morning. I am hoping it is here for the celebration on Monday. I wonder if I can put a rush on it? I will have to call when they open for the day :) I am soo excited but it is weird because of the other things I am worn out emotionally as well. It's a very strange place to be in.

Old Man Scale: Well, last nights indiscretions notwithstanding, I am down another lb today. Not TOO surprised as my optimal weigh in time seems to be after my shower in the morning and while I did not record it when I weight again yesterday after my shower I was at 234. So I am there again after my shower today so I am reflecting that lb too! :)



February Goals:
Ceiling: 9lbs to 225, Floor goal: 4 lbs (230)
Next Mini: 230!


Goal by my birthday, March 15th: weigh in @ 220. SO DOABLE!

Calories: 1500 - 1800
1800 - 2000 more calories used than eaten
Veggie/fruit/legume goal: 3-4 cups a day

2009 Goals - Floor: Down 65 to 177 (College Freshman weight), Mid-range: 75lbs lost to 167 (HS Weight) & Ceiling Goal: Weigh in at 150 (92 lost) Don't remember when!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have a good plan in place! Keep up the good work :) I always say to myself “I get out of it what I put into it”, “Nothing tastes as good as thin feels”. Just repeat those to yourself when you feel tired or emotional drained. It will be all worth it in the end!

How can anyone resist an Italian potluck? Give yourself a pat on the back for showing any kind of restraint. So glad to see your goals--I need to get to work setting some goals of my own!

I love your daily opening sentences Simavision. :-) Italian food is my nemesis (it accounts for a lot of the dramatic weight shifts for me in the last few days).
