I changed my goal weight to 145 like I posted last week. I am down one more pound. I skipped grocery shopping last weekend so my fruit and vegetable choices have not been as plentiful this week. I need to go grocery shopping!

Wish me luck Sunday morning. I am running in a 5K. My husband tells me I'm crazy. The temperature is supposed to be right around freezing. I haven't run in temperatures that cold before. I should be happy though. The weather has been a good bit colder than that during the past week. I'm trying to convince myself that 32 degrees is a good thing. Keep your fingers crossed that I miss the spotty showers that are also in the forecast.
