Ouch!! I have not been working out enough lately and the Chinese meal I had last night was a sodium killer. My new diet or diet that is will be to eat way less for dinner.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
