Gotta get it back on track. Alot of off plan eating this week and now need to get the exercise back up since my cold is finally gone. Cold and raining today, just feel like curling up with a good book in front of the fireplace. Gotta get out of this funk!!
257.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I've been in the funk too. I just want to eat what makes me comfortable and I haven't felt like exercising. We'll get through it. I'm just trying to control calories even if those carbs keep creeping in.

I hate cold and rainy weather, it always makes me want to curl up on the couch with a good book. Stay warm, and even if you don't make it off the couch just remember there is always tomorrow!

Babs, it must be going around. I am working my way out of a funk. I started back with the exercise this week, but I am really ahving to poke myself in the rear to get moving! Getting ready to do just that. And I love curling up with a good book! The weather here is sunny, but it is cold...35 and windy!

Yes you do..now get up girl and get out of that funk!! You can do it. Exercise will make you feel so much better. It will give you more energy and you will really feel like you accomplished something and are back on track.

Funks are disallowed!! Start small...promise yourself you'll just walk around the block before dinner. How hard can that be? Not too hard. How much time will that take? Not too much. If that's all you do, great, but who knows....you just might find yourself walking a bit further. Regardless, you'll have gotten back on the exercise horse and you can feel terrific about that. Tomorrow will be Day #2 (already!!)back in exercise mode. C'mon, Babs - you can do this!!

I believe in you - I trust that you will do what you need emotionally -and what your body needs to be the Healthy Babs you want to be. I know you will feel SO much better when you've excercised. I believe you will be a I'm-Glad-I-Did kind of girl and not a Wish-I-Had... Confidence and Success breeds MOMENTUM... We can't get either by sitting on the couch. Go take long walk - then reward yourself with that cozy relaxing by the fire.
