Little dis appointed I did not lose but I am ok it will just take a little time. I have 40 pounds to go and I am half way there so will have to start thinking and acting better in order to lose this weight.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
