Doctor was thrilled with my progress -- and I'd lost two more pounds since Thursday morning, which sort of surprised me. He was pleased with my numbers overall, although I was somewhat disappointed. He doesn't want to see me for 3 months, and he isn't planning to do bloodwork again for 6 months, as long as I keep losing weight. So...we'll see.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1203 kcal Fat: 46.88g | Prot: 63.14g | Carb: 141.23g.   Breakfast: Luna bar caramel brownie, skim milk. Lunch: roasted tomato, turkey sausage. Dinner: parmesan cheese, onion broiled, asparagus, white beans, Turkey Vegetable Loaf. Snacks/Other: Ben & Jerry's New York Super Fudge, Dagoba Unsweetened Cacoa Powder, skim milk. more...
