Worked out yesterday despite the knee. It seems it is going to hurt anyway, so I might as well workout. A month of rest hasn't made much of a difference to anything except my weight! Tuesday was my 55th birthday. To say it was unremarkable would be an overstatement. Nothing happened except for the rain. More rain. Every day rain. I did manage to fall down my sister's stairs in the rain. Nice big bruise across my right kidney and hip. Landed on the last stair. Crocs hydroplaned on wet step; like I was on grease! Thankfully only sore.
178.2 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A belated happy birthday 🎂! You are very lucky to only be bruised. Enjoy being the double nickel, 55. I did a white water rafting week for my 55th!

Oh my! Sounds like a bad fail. I have advanced arthritis in my hip and exercise is the only way I can keep moving. Maybe gentle exercise will help your knee?

HCB it was a hard fall for sure! I have used my knee gently for a couple of weeks but it still hurts if I bend it with a load on it. Fortunately, just walking doesn’t hurt, only squatting and sitting down or rising up from a chair. Hoping time will make it better.

Happy Belated Birthday! Glad your fall wasn't any worse. I've fallen on my steps a few times. Bought non-skid shoes :)

Donna I don’t know if you had the knee checked out or xrayed, but if it is still hurting you might consider getting it evaluated. You don’t want to worsen an existing injury.

I go down stairs backwards cuz of my knees .. try it .. it’s easier on the knees
