newnormal's Journal, 23 January 2020

Minor fluctuation, no biggie. I was STARVING all day yesterday! Not sure why. About ever 3-4 hours my stomach started grumbling - so I fed it. All on plan, still under 20 carbs for the day. Did have to breakdown and go to the store for eggs, bacon, lettuce and some chicken. That will take me through today and then likely dinner with friends tonight. House-sitting for the weekend and that's our norm, to eat a meal together before they leave.

Another busy day at work but good feedback from my boss. Been in this new position since July but started ramping up into "my job" in December after some things were taken off my plate. It's still a work in progress to see what will eventually be parts of my job vs. me helping on projects but so far I do really like it.

So off to get coffee (NONE YET and it's 830??) and then planning for a great day. Enjoy your day buddies!

Happy day! Sounds like you did well. I have hungry days as well. I think they are normal. I usually go for high fat and some protein. Egg salad or cream cheese normally
