Day 26 (Week 4): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

Well I just busted open the challenge's floor goal!!! WooHoo!! I have officially lost 10.5 lbs during the challenge time period! *****happy, happy dance!!*****

I am still a little sore today but I am stretching and walking to work those muscles out. I have Yoga tomorrow which I am sure will help as well and then back to the Gym BRIGHT and early Saturday morning!

So that Old Man scale is continuing to be a charmer. I guess It's night time to try and break my daily scale habit just yet. As long as it motivates me and makes me bounce and does not drag me down I will do it. If it ever becomes demotivational then I will attempt to kick the habit again.

Planned out breakfast and lunch leaves me lots of calories to play with for dinner :) (Pretty same as yesterday. I can sorta do the pick and stick concepts we have talked about before. I WILL get bored, I know this so I stick with one until I get bored then I find another, if that makes sense. Lunch is not always the same it has to do with leftovers and what I have in the freezer :))

I plan on hitting 252 by the end of the week and shedding the last 2 lbs of my personal floor goal next week. I am assuming I will slow down soon. So my drop dead date for my midrange goal will be the end of October. I would like to hit it BEFORE that time but I also want to stay in the realistic range. I can do 8 in month in a healthy way from what people are telling me, so hopefully I will be somewhere in the 242 range at the end of October. (OMG I am soooooo excited!) That will leave me ALL of November to lose the last 7 to hit my ceiling goal! I can SOOOO do this!


Floor Goal: 250
(13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 16.5 down from when I first started watching in August, and 2.5 from now.)
Mid-range: 245 Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 7.5 from now. Over Half way there!!!!
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. I can SO do this. I have over 2 months left :) 28 from challenge start, 17.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can just imagine, 1 year from now I will be at least 50 - 75lbs lighter How exciting is that! I am actually starting to be able to feel my ultimate goal weight is possible even though I still have a lot of work to do.)

1st things first. Get myself to 250 (almost there!!!! WOW), then 245 then worry about the others!
252.5 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

With the walking, yoga, and workout still to come, I'm sure you'll lose the 2 with no sweat... well, a lot of sweat from the workouts... but you know what I mean! Good luck!
