I signed up once again this year for the Peachtree Road Race held every Fourth of July morning down the streets of Atlanta.
I am planning on training while my daughter is at her soccer practice 2 - 3 times a week by walking and jogging around the park as well as supplementing with light brisk walks around the neighborhood and strength training with light weights and squats/lunges; some yoga, etc.
I can't wait to get fit and healthier!
*Too much of anything is never a good thing. My new found motto and philosophy in life - everything in moderation!
