WOOSH!!!!!! After over a week of following plan to a "T" and zero weight loss I kept fingers crossed this morning as I stepped on the scale. I was simply elated to see I finally dropped from 261 to 253.8\\\\\\ YAHOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Funny I was just reading yeserday about someone asking who ever had a woosh and how much. Now I know what that means and how it feels!
Final day of labor day weekend, off to do a 5 mile walk with my hubby and then to breakfast on the lake. They make the best spinach & cheese omelets. Can't wait to start the day!
