I guess yesterday's weigh in was just a fluke. The scale bumped back up this morning, albeit a pound less than before my fake woosh.
Back at it today! Not discouraged since I kinda had a feeling that would happen.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 07 September 2010:

Thats just fluid, weigh yrslf later you could be up or down more. If we were more relistic we should only weigh our selves , we should throw scales out, We tear ourselves every time we weigh ourselves. You are doing great. Best Wishes

Any way you can not weigh yourslf every day, Its so upsetting when it shows a negative weight. I'm trying to get courage to give mine away.Its a good weight watchers one, treated mysel last yr, after yrs wanting one. Thinking as I comment that I'll give it to lads to bring upstairs, I never go up there, Not laziness, their bedrooms and bathrooms up there, and they are very Asain in how clean they keep their rooms, or as my friends say, I,ve trained them well. NAh They are just naturally tidy.

Weighing myself every day is the morning reminder of how I want to eat today. Yeah, I don't always like the number, but it keeps me on track.

I agree with Pat g. ^.^ Weighing myself through out the day keeps my mind on healthier food choices.
