I'm not sure why I gained today; it is just my body being funky. I was in DEEP ketosis yesterday and my calorie count was about 1400 and I worked out for 45 minutes and burned about 375 calories. I probably shouldn't be weighing every day so I don't have to see the blips that make no sense, but such is life.... Off to work out again. :)

I understand how you feel, I am going through the same thing, it is really frustrating to see the scale going up for no reason and without doing anything wrong. I guess we shouldn't weigh in everyday but it's hard for me to do so. Good luck for you :)
