I felt really discouraged this weekend, ate and drank too much, but I'm back to feeling motivated again. I felt so awful last night, and I never want to go back to that. I think my blood sugar was way off and wacky, my heart was racing and I felt drunk, even thought I hadn't had any alcohol for many hours. Apparently, a little sugar goes a long way since my body hasn't had it in so long.

Don't worry about me, my FS friends. I forced myself to record my weight and log in here and write it. I did go hiking yesterday, got a really good workout from that, and I'll either do that or go to the gym today. It's a dreary chilly day in Phoenix, not sure if I'll want to be out in the rain. Either way, I will get some exercise.
197.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gym is good on dreary days:-) sorry about your slip. I have the exact same feeling when I drink. IN fact, thanks for reminding me, i have the heart monitor, and I am going to drink tonight so my doc can see what it does to me. He will probably just say, don't drink, lol. SO, today is a new day for you, a fresh start, be strong, it is rainy here too. Barely got the dog for a walk. You can do it..!!!

Sometimes I think we just need a weekend like that to remind us how much better we feel when we eat right. "Re-invigorate" new word!!!

It happens to the best of us but we can use it as a learning tool. I use it as a way to remind myself what I can expect to feel like when I may make a slip in the future. I have to tell you that it has helped me on a few occassions. I hope you have a great day!

Well at least you have got it out of your system..just have to start again..Mondays are a good day to start any project..:O)
