Restless legs won’t let me sleep. I would be restless too, after carrying my butt around for 55 years. 😂
Up with a fresh brewed cup and probably a nice sunday breakfast that will involve bacon. Contemplating a pot of sauerkraut for dinner, but I’ll have to head to the grocery 🤔
Happy Sunday my friends ❤️

Restless legs are a beotch. Seems like there is nothing you can do to stop them except get up. Sounds like your day is planned.

Liv- hope you’re enjoying your sunday! I will definitely make up for the loss of sleep more likely this evening than in the morning LOL I’m tried already.

Happy Sunday ❤️ I agree magnesium was suggested for my leg cramps.

I take "Mag64" or "SloMag" every day, my RL is gone.

Thanks my friends! I tried magnesium a couple years ago, and didn’t get much relief. I take requip, but I’m thinking that another try of magnesium along with it might help.

The form of magnesium you take, matters; some don't absorb well.

Between the prescription and OTC magnesium, you will hopefully get relief 😊

Maybe try magnesium citrate. That helps me with all kinds of things - from joint pain at night to constipation.

Bananas and avocados, also Coconut water. You need potassium and probably some magnesium. Those helped me when I got RLS when I was pregnant!

Whoops, I see everyone else suggesting magnesium too.

Fritzy- i have an awful time drinking it. I have no clue why though
07 Oct 19 by member: dlewis1234
The form of magnesium you drink likely won't help RLS, won't be absorbed the same way.

Dlewis - It's hard for me to drink too! Very sour. I've tried putting it in juice or adding honey to it, I just have to get it down.

Fritzy- i tried a cherry flavor once, it wasn’t too bad

Gz- i just read that it’s best absorbed from foods. I suppose Ill take a closer look at my diet

I hope it works for you, too bad it is difficult to swallow.

I take requip also. Some days it just isn't effective enough! I have taken gabapentin in addition and it helps too.
