I went away for the weekend for a family Bar-b-que. I ate and certainly drank far too much so now I am feeling a bit down about my weight gain :-(
193.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Life happens. Brush yourself off and don't look back (you will get a sore neck) Celebrate your loss to date. Realize where you went wrong, then move on. The weight will start to come off again real soon. :)

We've all been there at some point or another. There is absolutely NO WAY that you gained 3 pounds in one day. It's mostly water weight and you can get that off in no time. Get back on track, and if you can, up your water for the next few days. You'll be quite surprised how fast it'll be gone.

Thanks ravenmoon and kmartin for being so supportive, I am determined to get back on track and I certainly will increase my water intake to see if that helps. Take care J
