Day 5! I am down 7 pounds. It's been hard, but i am two days way from a week. I can do this. I will be very proud when I get to one week. I always give up before a week. I start my challenges today and I am looking forward to them. Sara
201.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sara, 7 pounds is awesome!! Good job sticking with it. The first 2 weeks are the hardest, then it does get easier. And you can do this!!

Great job. I too am reaching my first week. We need to keep coming on here and journaling and reading other peoples to keep us motivated! We can do this!
