Well that was to be expected, given last week. :(

Oh well, the weekend is over and I only have one meal with my parents this week.
274.2 lb Lost so far: 109.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

On the plus side I am still down on where I was on the 14th of January. So it's not that terrible.

I would say thats not too bad in two weeks. You will soon drop that and more over the next week... Everyone deserves time off :)

Yes, at least you are still in the 270s! You'll bounce back. I'm going away to in-laws house in a couple of weeks and am already starting to panic!

I went up 2lbs too ! It can be a bit depressing but - WE WILL NOT GIVE UP ! It's still better than where we were a year ago ! Think of your Progress and keep motivated.
