Oops! Didn't realise I had left my bio blank all this time!
Well, I started using the app because I wanted to try the 5:2 diet and make sure I was eating <500cal on the two fast days, but then I logged into the website and really enjoyed using it!
I like to run and work out at the gym (lifting weights) but, like my school report used to say "could do better" - although I have struggled with EDs in the past, it seemed that the last few years I just decided to eat pretty much whatever I wanted because I thought "I could" - and I've gained a little more than I would like to and would like to slim down sensibly rather than starving for a week or so, losing the weight then snapping and binging for weeks with a net result of being the same size!
