I started FS due to carrying too much weight and having a back problem for the last two years.

I joined my first challenge of alternate day fasting for 5 weeks and lost 15lb and reached my first goal of 200lb on 30th September.

New goal set 190lbs and rdi - goal reached 11/11/12

New goal set 185lbs and rdi - goal reached 04/01/13

New goal set 180lbs and rdi - goal reached 03/02/13

New goal set 175lbs and rdi - goal reached 20/03/13

New goal. .. Don't put it back on! Rdi set

All about maintenance now as I think my weight is about right

I agree with thinner120. Food is a prescribed drug. I had it confirmed by my dr , he said if you don't eat you will die lol...he gave me a prescription for some chocolate and ice cream.... Smile
