Appetite Killer
I am so sorry for your loss. It's so true what you say about it gets harder. I lost my dad a few years ago. Before he got really ill he said to me "everything is ok, I'm not going anywhere". A few months later he passed away. I felt angry and cheated, he was my dad and was supposed to live forever. It took a while but what he said was true, he hasn't gone anywhere, he is with me everyday in my heart and mind, I still talk to him and tell him my troubles.

body fat percentage
I use my scales as a rough guide, it calculates using algorithms. Unless you can find a helpful dr then I don't think there is an easy way to get the exact measurement.

Diet Pop...Your Opinion, Please!!!
If you want 'healthy' pop then buy a sodastream. Gas up your water for the fizz and mix it with fruit juice or any liquids you are happy with, or just on its own. That way you control what's in it Smile

Reporting abuse works!
Well he made an impression and got people talking lol.

I will miss him and I was on the receiving end of his rants more than once. No grudges, no complaints as it was my choice to answer back.

I am with Erika , time to draw a line under it all else we are no better if they can't defend themselves

Junk food headache?
I had the experience a few years back. I had been a veggie for about 6years then went back onto meat based foods which included pre prepared... Did not feel good at all, cramps and headaches . I think it's an unbalance of body bacteria in the stomach/intestines not being used to the foods after eating healthy for so long
