It's been a very long stabilizing period stuck at 69kgs so I've decided to really, really cut down for a few days which felt more like starving myself just to reach my goal by february 1st 2013. 1 little kg left ... If that scale stays around 68kgs in a day or two, I think I might just get there. I feel so much better now that I can wear my clothes again without feeling like a sausage :)
