Holding pattern. Yesterday was able to stay under 20 and getting a better working knowledge of how to do that. Still hard to believe that am not dropping at 26 carbs/day. Learning about my own body, for sure. This weekend going to add exercise; that should help.

Good morning Elizabeth. Just took a look at the food you entered for yesterday and noticed that you ate two Atkins products. These contain sugar alcohols - and lots of people report that sugar alcohols will stall weight loss. The other thing you might watch out for is the hot dogs. If they contain Nitrates they may also be causing your problem. Good luck!

I tend to agree with buffybear, those bars might be stalling your progress. Also, how much water are you drinking each day?

Also, if you're doing induction even low carb tortillas are not allowed in this phase. You should be eating 12-15 net carbs of veggies each day and staying in your range of 20-25 net carbs daily.

I really appreciate your help, all of you. Added broth the regimen yesterday and it increased my energy. I do think I need to concentrate on the veggies more and am going to try what someone else suggested, entering all veggies in the SNACK category so you have a good view of the day's veggie carbs.
