977 kcal Fat: 27.56g | Prot: 109.92g | Carb: 75.89g.   Breakfast: Organic Cold Milled Flax, almond extract, medifast apple cinnamon oatmeal, Classic Roast Instant Coffee, medifast maple brown sugar oatmeal, Dutch Chocolate Shake, medifast french vanilla shake, stevia, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, lemon extract. Lunch: Formagg Yellow American Veggie Slices, sugar free maple syrup, Green Peppers, Butter Cooking Spray, Scrambled Eggs, BOBS RD MILL SOY PROTEIN PWDR. Dinner: Annie's Lowfat Gingerly Vinaigrette, snap peas, cucumber, red tomato, cottage cheese, romaine lettuce, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: cumin, sea salt, medifast chili, baking powder, egg beaters, mozzarella, chili powder, crystal light raspberry lemonade, picante salsa. more...
