Fed up :(
173.6 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Hello, cheer up, think of it a a small blip and focus on how well you've done overall, it really is very very good. Don't let a small weight gain deter you from your long term goal, i've had weight gains too and I know if feels depressing and you tend to feel- why bother, but think about what you've achieved so far you're healthier/fitter/slimmer than you did back when you started and that's whats important. My suggestion is keep upthe diary, I find it very supportive in keeping track and it really takes no time to fill in if you save most of the meals you eat in your favourites etc, also I have the WW points in my diary just to see how it coresponds with my daily calorie allowance, I tend to go over at the weekends and try to recoup back Mon to Fri, it seems to be working and I'm now used to achieving a small weight loss. The school hols period is likely to not be helpful but come Sept things will pick up again, so please cheer up, the sun is out, at long last! and we can do it! all the best :)Denise

Awwe don't be so hard on yourself!! Take it slow and hang in there. We are here for you. I missed hearing from you. I have just found out recently about the food diary ;here and I love it. I think it is a great tool. Dont give up girl!!

Yes, hang in there! When something isn't working, take a close look and see where you can do a tune-up. I totally agree - the food diary is so valuable for doing just that. Go take out your frustration with a good, hard walk - and not to the fridge ;)

Chin up Hon! We all have the 'ups and downs'...you've done SO SO wonderful so far! Just start off again and you'll see your chart coming back down. I know I'm 'starting' again as I have the mid-summer gain going here, but together we can get that chart going in the right direction...are ya with me?? I need ya buddy! Hugs to ya!!

I know it can be tough when the weight won't go down. But you've lost 12 lbs already. You can do this. Just hang in there and do your best to maintain until you get the motivation to really go at it full force again. We're here for you!
