Special weigh in today. Official today is my 40 pounds lost mark! Lots of thanks to all my Buddies on Fatsecret.com, Chris Cayo and the TSFL crew, Carolyn and Andrew. I really am grateful to all of you keeping me positive on this trip!
232.4 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
