Woo hoo! I survived my cookie-baking, Thanksgiving, and came actually managed to lose almost a pound. I'm at my lowest weight ever (as an adult).

My gym is closed for remodeling Monday through Thursday this week, so I have to figure out which classes at which other locations I'll go to and gas up my car, lol. I've been doing 2 Zumba classes on Mondays; doesn't look possible this week. Maybe I'll do yoga and then Zumba at the Murray Scholls location.

Thanksgiving was nice; good times with family and friends, didn't eat too too much, and received lots of compliments on my appearance. One person (not the nicest person in the past) blurted out "I didn't even recognize you!" A little later I pulled up my 'before' picture on my phone, showed it to her, and said asked if this is the me she remembers, & she said yes. Her aunt looked at the picture, said "you've always been beautiful to me, and your really look great now!"

I had a piece of pumpkin pie, got indigestion, and remembered why I don't eat the stuff! I overdid it with my cookies, but managed to burn them off. I've been able to resist them since I ate the leftover praline frosting that I made into little candies and got a horrible headache, almost migraine quality. My body doesn't do well with pure sugar-butter infusions!

My cookies were a big hit everywhere, which made me feel really good. One of my friends at the gym (who's on Weight Watchers) accepted a small bag of them from me to give to her husband. I'll bake her some healthier lower-point ones for Christmas.

We've been having computer issues again, so I haven't been online much, just a little on my Kindle Fire. Miss you all, hope to catch up with you soon.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
